Auf der Weltausstellung in Chicago 1892/93 wurde erstmalig ein Automat aufgestellt, derr Geldmünzen ellipsenförmig walzen konnte. Diese 'verlängerten Münzen' nannte man schnell 'Elongated Coins' oder auch 'Pressed Pennies', in Deutschland auch 'Souvenirmünzen'. Inzwischen finden sich an zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten weltweit solche Automaten mit denen man sich ein Souvenir selbst prägen kann. Die Farbe der eingeworfenen Münzen ergibt dann auch die der Souvenirmünze. Unser Pressed Penny Album im Taschenformat ist ein idealer Begleiter auf Reisen. So entsteht über die Jahre ein reizvolles 'Reisetagebuch' bestehend aus Souvenirmünzen. Album mit 8 festeingebundenen Münzhüllen mit weichmacherfreien Hart-PVC-Einschüben für jeweils 6 Münzen bis 33 mm Durchmesser. Aussenformat 105 x 150 mm
